• SKETCHES/WIPS WILL BE PROVIDED.
• FOR COMPLEX COMMISSIONS, CLIENTS WILL BE ASKED TO APPROVE THE FINAL SKETCH. THE CLIENT CAN REQUEST SEVERAL REVISIONS BEFORE APPROVING. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE FURTHER REQUESTS FOR REVISIONS IF I DEEM THEM EXCESSIVE OR IN BAD FAITH.

USAGE

By paying for my services, you agree to the following terms:You are allowed to use your commissioned artwork for any purpose you wish. However, the following acts are prohibited:
• Usage as NFTs.
• Usage for or in AI/Machine Learning Models, such as Image Generation.
• Usage of the artwork for hateful/discriminatory purposes.
• Removing or intentionally cropping out my watermark/signature.
• Claiming the artwork to be your creation.
• Commercial Use and Usage in Mass Production, but private/personal use is allowed.

• +75% OF INITIAL PAYMENT FOR REVISIONS AFTER SKETCH IS APPROVEDCommissions will be posted publicly online (with watermark and/or at lower resolution) unless requested otherwise by the client.High-res artwork will be provided to the client, the project file (.mdp/.psd) will only be provided if requested and the client is deemed trustworthy.
